Easy Returns Policy

If during the ordering process you have any questions, please call us at 877.921.1531 and sales staff will address any questions that you might have. It is the customer’s responsibility to order the correct part. However, we do understand that mistakes happen. For these reason, we allow customers to return any item purchased from Ultimate Truck within 30 days. We will waive the restock fee of 20% as long as the item is in “new condition” and in the original unopened box. If the original packaging was opened, a restock fee of 20% will be charged.

What Else Do I Need To Know?

• Customers are responsible for the shipping charge to get the item(s) back to UltimateTruck.com.
• The customer must return the item in the original packaging and in original, unused condition. We cannot accept any returned item that is not in its original packaging, or any item that has been installed.
• Please call us at (877) 921-1531 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). No returns will be accepted without a RA#. If the product is not defective, you will be responsible for the shipping fee back to Ultimate Truck.
• You can return unused items sold by Ultimate Truck for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. All items must be in new condition and in the unopened original box. If the box has been opened, a restock fee of 20% will be charged.
• Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the item and any taxes. Your credit will appear after Ultimate Truck has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure.
• Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
