Easy Returns Policy

We unconditionally guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise for a prompt refund or exchange (restock fees my apply depending on product); the only exception is personalized or custom made items.

What Else Do I Need To Know?

• Please call us at (877) 921-1531 to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). No returns will be accepted without a RA#. If the product is not defective, you will be responsible for the shipping fee back to Ultimate Truck.
• You can return unused items sold by Ultimate Truck for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. All items must be in the new condition you received them and in the original box.
• Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the item and any taxes. Your credit will appear after Ultimate Truck has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure.
• Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
