Product Description:
Not only do tonneau covers help make a pickup more aerodynamic, which can help increase gas mileage, they also provide a covered area for storing items in the bed. Covercraft makes the low profile rail system in two styles so you can pick the look you like best - traditional "snap" or the hidden zip-fastener.
Full perimeter anodized aluminum frame installs easily without drilling, adhesives or tools. Covercraft Low Profile Snap Style Tonneau Cover uses a unique molded snap base that slides into the rail security channels. The snap base can be inserted two different ways to help tension the tonneau, if required. The tonneau cover uses super stable vinyl coated woven polyester/fiberglass for long life and minimal weather shrinkage and expansion. This material is a little more expensive, but in the long run well worth it, as it holds it shape during summer heat and winter cold.
Special security strap allows Low Profile Snap Style Tonneau Cover to be secured to the front rail and locked in place (lock not supplied). Corners feature a nylon "security tab" that fits into a slot in the corner connector. This helps prevent the corner of the cover from lifting.
